Happy Sunday!

"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." -James 1:22

I love white in the summer time! It's so crisp and clean feeling. It also just brightens things up. I'm pale and yes, I still wear white. ;) I felt very bright for church today!

The real star of this outfit would have to be this gorgeous tie-dyed shirt that I picked up on clearance for $9.00 at the Dollar General yesterday! I love it. It's incredibly soft and I just adore the suede tie on the neck of the shirt. I felt like that little bit of tan suede gave it a slight bohemian feel. Maybe it's just in my mind, but I notice little details like that and they make a huge difference, in my opinion. I would still wear this shirt in the fall and maybe throw on a suede vest to layer it up. A denim vest would look really cute with it as well.

I accessorized this look with a suede, fringe bag and brown sandals to flow in with the suede tie on the top. These things are what really gives this outfit a "bohemian" kind of vibe.

Thanks again for reading my blog! I hope you have a beautiful Sunday! :)

  1. I am all about easy, breezy outfits like this for summer, especially in this humid 90 degree heat! A fringed bag is the perfect finishing touch to a boho-inspired look too. I am also pale and wear white and other washed-out colors. I can't change it, so I might as well embrace it. I have two shades: ghostly white or fresh steamed lobster, and one of those shades results in skin cancer. So I'll stick to pasty pale! Happy Summer?! lol
