Plus Size OOTD: Fun With Florals

"Christ the Lord is risen today, Allelujah!"

Oh, Springtime. It's such a lovely time except for all of the allergies! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter yesterday. I certainly did. It's so nice to be able to spend time with those you love the most worshiping the One who loves us the most.

In between work, I have been on the hunt for an Easter dress to wear to church for a while. I'm 4'11 so there are lots of dresses that are waaaaay too long! I found the perfect one when I was scouring online. The best part? It was on a major clearance. Score!

Shopping online in the clearance section is where I have found some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. If you don't mind looking through several pages (which I don't) of items, it is really worth your while.

I'm hoping not to be gone too long from here. I work a lot and sometimes things get a little crazy so I'm not able to post as much as I would like. Something else? I'm exhausted when I get home from work, girl. I'm just keeping it real!

Thank you for taking the time to read my tiny little 'ole blog. I appreciate it immensely. Have a blessed day!

Plus Size OOTD: Comfy In Mustard

Long time no see! I've really missed making outfit posts because I just love fashion. Clothes, jewelry, you name it. I work so much that by the time I get home I'm often too exhausted to put myself together everyday and take photos, but when I do I love it. It's just too much fun!

This day I really wanted to be cute and comfy. It was freezing outside so I knew I wanted to wear a big cardigan. Ah. Cardigans. I just love them. They're so versatile and comfortable that I would honestly just wear them every day if I could. I adore this mustard color and it immediately caught my eye. It's nice and oversized so honestly it would make a perfect Thanksgiving outfit because it can hide your "food baby."

I love the combination of the leopard print with the mustard and I just think it turned out so fun. Leopard is a neutral, right?

How have you all been? Hopefully, if you're in the South like I am, you're cuddled somewhere with a blanket drinking hot chocolate!

Plus Size OOTD: A Blue Cranberry

Happy Sunday!

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." -John 3:16-17

It's been such a long time since I've made a blog post. Wow. With work and everything going on, I haven't really made the time to take nice pictures, edit them and post them. It was just something that got put on the back burner for quite a while.

I am off of work today so I was able to go to the morning church service. It was really nice. We had a guest missionary come and talk to us about his burden for the people in Israel. It was really eye opening.

I wanted to be comfortable but put together at the same time. Let's face it. I'm exhausted from work and I want something cute but easy to wear. I don't want it to be something I'm going to be pulling and tugging on.

I've worn this skirt several times before and I still love it. I purchased it from Cato a few years ago when it was on clearance. It gives off that amazing bohemian vibe and I can wear so many things with it. It's definitely my jam! ;)

In my opinion this whole outfit has a slight bohemian feel to it which I really love. You can dress it up a tiny bit like I've done here or make it really casual and dress it down. Jewelry always steps things up a notch and those earrings I'm wearing really helped bring that extra bohemian touch.

I hope you are all doing well and staying comfortable, but fashionable!

Plus Size OOTD: Suppose She's A Wildflower?

I'm back at it with the kimonos! I've bragged about their versatility and comfort until I'm blue in the face. If you are hot natured and need something stylish but fun for the summer, please pick up a kimono! They sell some really beautiful cheap ones at Walmart. Links to a few of my favorite kimonos that I've seen around Walmart can be found herehere, and here.

While at Walmart, I also saw this pair of bright, tassel earrings. I absolutely love them. They add such an awesome statement piece to your outfit. Since I went bold for the earrings, I kept it simple with a silver beaded necklace that someone gave me as a gift.

I couldn't carry just a plain black purse with this bright outfit, of course, so I opted for this bright fuchsia/purpley one. I love it so much. I actually purchased it at K-Mart a few years ago.

This post really seems like it's sponsored by Walmart but I promise it isn't! They don't even know who I am. :) I just shop there quite a bit.

I can't wait until it's Autumn again! Bring on some sweaters and bonfires!
