Plus Size OOTD: Greens In Winter

For weather that is less cold and more breezy or chilly, add a vest for your layering instead of a thick jacket or coat. Vests are great pieces to have. They can elevate an otherwise plain look. The jean vest that I'm wearing is a thicker material that is perfect for colder weather. If you get warm, you can always remove the vest and still have a cute, cool outfit. 

I really liked the mixed green colors in this look. I actually put everything together around this scarf. For me, it was the main piece. It's a cute scarf, but I've never worn it, so I tried to make use out of it. I had to push myself to think a little outside the box for this one because I'm very much a black, dark colors, dark everything kind of girl. Don't get me wrong, I love wearing color, but I'm bad about sticking to the same color palette. I like to switch it up a lot though, so this was fun. It honestly reminds me of a spring outfit instead of winter, but oh well!

Who says you can't look like it's spring in the middle of winter? ;)
