I wanted a comfortable, relaxing outfit to wear to Bible Study tonight because I had been working all day. So, I opted for this gorgeous maxi skirt and casual cotton tee. The skirt is also cotton as well as flowy which I absolutely love!
I wanted to wear my aztec printed maxi skirt because I wanted to wear something else with it besides black. Sometimes you can end up wearing the exact same thing over and over again even though you have other pieces of clothing. It's easy to get into a rut and just stick with the same things. I need to break out of the black and white box a little bit.
This outfit took me a minute to throw on. It's lightweight and perfect for summer. Comfy outfits are an essential in those nasty, sticky, hot months. Am I right, ladies? I'm still dreaming of Fall!
Although the skirt I chose is generally worn dressy, I made it casual by adding a soft tee and sandals. It's so fun to make clothing transform in ways that suit you at the moment.
