I absolutely love this top! I purchased it from Cato on clearance for $3.99! Yeah, so cheap! I love buying things on clearance. That's pretty much the only racks that I look through. You'd be surprised what great things you can find. I love searching for those cheap, little treasures.
I threw on this adorable military kind of style vest over this dressy top to give it a slightly more casual look. This outfit overall just gives me awesome Christmas tree vibes. So fun!
