The most exciting thing about this outfit, in my opinion is this gorgeous necklace! I love statement necklaces that you can wear with pretty much anything to dress up your outfit or make it look complete. There are so many different kinds of statement necklaces out there that are cheap and gorgeous at the same time. I've always said that you don't have to spend a fortune on an outfit or really anything for that matter. Everything that I purchase is on great clearance or on a really good sale. 

I decided to throw on a yellow skirt for a bright pop of color. I love bright yellow skirts for the summer time.
