Plus Size OOTD: Spring Fever

It feels good to be able to go back to church after all the services getting canceled because of snow and ice. It's definitely more important for people to be safe and not risk their lives trying to come to church when the roads are that horrible. I'm pretty positive God would understand that. It was just a blessing in disguise because I can appreciate going to church more. Sometimes you take that for granted.

It is still cold outside and I decided that it would be a good idea to wear spring colors. I'm such an idiot sometimes. Haha I have been wanting to wear this purple color badly for some reason. It's getting closer to spring, so I probably just have spring fever. In all honesty though, I really needed a jacket to go with my outfit! There is still snow on some places. 

I chose to spice up my maxi dress by adding pops of purple. I love this gorgeous necklace that I found at Walmart! It was originally $5, but I got it on clearance for $3. I am a clearance shopper through and through. Point me to the clearance racks first! A lot of times, the price will keep dropping and dropping on statement necklaces like these at my local Walmart, so I like to keep an eye out for them. 

The last picture you see is with my photographer, Liz. She's also known as my sister! I love her and my brother so much! She is awesome for putting up with me and all my weird and awkward posing. She will follow me anywhere to take pictures. I really appreciate her helping me out like that. Even though she is 7 years younger than me, we are still super close. Biffles! As we like to call each other.
